Common questions
Are runners okay paying a little more?
Yes. I talked to runners, and most would rather pay a little more on registration to get their photos free and easy to find. Adding ₱80 beats ₱150 for a single photo, and they get all of theirs.
What about runners who don't want photos?
A few won't care, and that's fine. A race entry already bundles the singlet, bib, and medal into one price, photos are just part of that package now. The extra is small, and most runners do want them.
How do registered and non-registered runners get their photos?
Registered runners get theirs automatically by email, with their official time and finisher card, the whole race in one link. Everyone else finds theirs free on the public gallery, by selfie or bib. Both free, registering just gets the automatic, complete version.
What does it cost me?
Just ₱1 per photo you decide to publish. No other fees, that's all there is to pay.
What happens to my photographers?
We get it, your photographer makes extra from photo sales, and the registration increase covers that. Add ₱100 to 1,000 registrations and you get ₱100,000. Publish 10,000 photos, that runs ₱10,000, leaving ₱90,000. Give each of your 8 photographers ₱5,000, or whatever you want, and still keep ₱50,000. See the photographer bonus in the calculator.
